Our system automatically selects the most suitable distribution logistics based on factors such as the sales platform, product size, and weight. If your order’s street address contains a “PO Box,” the system will review and make a judgment based on the delivery logistics you’ve chosen. Should the selected logistics method be unable to deliver to a “PO Box” address, the system will flag the order as abnormal, and our customer service team will contact you to either modify the address or cancel the order.
